Shipping & Returns
We want you to love your Jili Bottle.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Unused Items
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return refund.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, used feeding components (including nipples) cannot be returned for refund.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will gladly provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Order Issues
If your order arrives late, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our support team so we can resolve it quickly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
