What makes the Jili Bottle an "all-in-one" solution?
The Jili Bottle is designed for parents on the go. Its unique features include a dedicated, sealed formula compartment and a highly insulated body, allowing you to carry measured formula and pre-warmed water in a single unit. It simplifies feeding and dramatically reduces the number of items you need to pack.
What is the capacity of the bottle, and are there measurement lines?
The Jili Bottle has an 8 oz. capacity, which is an ideal size for a full feeding. Yes, there are clear, easy-to-read measurement lines conveniently located on the inside of the bottle, allowing you to measure the water accurately.
How long does the Jili Bottle keep liquids warm or cold?
The Jili Bottle features superior double-wall stainless steel insulation.
- For Hot Water: If filled with boiling water, it can keep the water warm (above safe drinking temperature) for up to 8 hours.
- For Cold Liquids: It can keep liquids cold for 20+ hours.
Can I put breast milk in the Jili Bottle?
Yes, and many moms love it! The Jili Bottle is perfect for breast milk and any other liquid.
Important Note on Warming Time: While the bottle is highly insulated, breast milk should not be heated to boiling temperatures like water. Since breast milk is typically stored and heated gently to body temperature, it will not stay warm for as long as the piping hot water used to test the 8-hour claim. Always follow CDC/Pediatric guidelines for how long breast milk is safe to keep after pumping or warming.
How does the formula compartment work, and will the formula go bad?
Our unique sealed compartment is designed to store dry formula powder safely and hygienically until you are ready to feed. The dry powder will not go bad while stored in the sealed compartment.
When you're ready, simply twist the compartment to dispense the powder into the pre-measured water. Always follow the formula manufacturer's guidelines regarding consumption time once the formula is mixed with water.
Can I travel with the Jili Bottle (road trips and flights)?
Yes, and moms tell us they LOVE it! The sealed, leak-proof design is fantastic for road trips.
For flying, the Jili Bottle is TSA-friendly. Liquids (like water or breast milk) for infants are exempt from the 3-1-1 rule, and the TSA allows reasonable quantities in your carry-on bag. Just let the TSA agents know :)

What kind of nipples are included with the bottle?
Each Jili Bottle comes with three anti-colic nipples (Slow Flow, Medium Flow, and Fast Flow). This means you don't have to make extra trips to the store as your baby grows!
Our nipple shape is designed as a hybrid, marrying the best features of popular brands like Philips Avent and Dr. Brown's for great latch and anti-colic function. Moms have also reported success using some other nipple brands they already own.
Is the Jili Bottle dishwasher safe?
Yes! All components are top-rack dishwasher safe. For maximum longevity of the finish and seals, we always recommend hand-washing, but it's built to withstand the dishwasher for your convenience!
What if my bottle seems to be leaking?
The Jili Bottle has a 100% Leak-Proof Guarantee when assembled correctly. If you notice a leak, check the following:
- Ensure the silicone ring in the collar/nipple section is seated perfectly flat.
- Ensure the base cup and base ring are twisted tightly to the main body.
- If the issue persists, please contact customer support immediately.
